City rides in Kielce are billed by meter. You pay for the actual distance and ride time.

The final amount depends on the distance from pickup to destination, time of day and ride duration. The day tariff applies Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 10 pm; the night tariff applies from 10 pm to 6 am and on Sundays and public holidays.

Waiting and pickup allowances
For a standard pickup the first 10 minutes of waiting are free. For an agreed airport or station pickup, 45 minutes from the agreed time are included. Waiting beyond the allowance costs PLN 59/hour, charged proportionally by the minute, without rounding up to a full hour. The meter also accounts for time spent in traffic; the free pickup allowance does not apply during the ride.

Rides outside Kielce
Outside the Kielce city limits Tariff 3 (day, Monday–Saturday) or Tariff 4 (Sundays, public holidays and night) applies. When I drive to pick you up from outside Kielce (for example in Morawica), I start the meter after leaving the city limits, at the city boundary sign. The starting fee is also charged for the approach.

Payment methods
I accept three payment methods: cash, card (Visa, Mastercard), and BLIK. There is a card terminal in the car, so you can pay however is most convenient.
Passengers, luggage and child seats
Up to 4 passengers. I do not provide a child seat. Tell me if a child is travelling and agree on bringing your own seat before confirming the ride. We agree luggage count and size before confirmation. I do not transport animals.

Meet and greet with a name sign at an agreed point
Free waiting: 10 minutes for a standard pickup; 45 minutes for an airport pickup, starting at the agreed time, updated if the flight is delayed.
Terminal access and the first parking hour paid by the driver
Flight delays, parking and waiting
Provide your flight number. I monitor its status and we update the agreed pickup time after a delay. The first 45 minutes from the updated agreed time are free; further waiting costs PLN 59/hour, charged by the minute without rounding up to a full hour. Car availability is not guaranteed regardless of the length of a delay. If a delay conflicts with another ride, I will contact you to agree what happens next. Terminal access and the first parking hour are paid by the driver. The passenger pays subsequent parking hours; parking is separate from waiting charges. For a brief pickup we confirm the meeting point before driving up.
Return rides and additional charges
For a same-day return where I wait at the destination and drive you back, the indicative round-trip fare is 150% of the one-way fare. Waiting at the destination is charged separately at PLN 59/hour, proportionally by the minute after the free 10-minute allowance. Returns on another day and overnight trips with a driver are quoted individually. If the agreed route includes tolls, we share them equally. We confirm payment terms before booking.
