Privacy contact: barttaxikielce@gmail.com, telephone +48 579 310 730. This policy covers the website and contact by phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp; it is not a set of transport terms.

When you contact us, we process details you provide: your name, phone number, email, message and information needed to arrange a ride, such as pickup address, destination, date and flight number. Details needed for the agreed billing document are processed if you request it. Providing data is voluntary, but without information needed to respond or provide a ride we may not be able to handle your request. The transfer enquiry form prepares a message locally in your browser. Preparing the message does not send it to the driver, WhatsApp or Google Analytics, and does not save it in browser storage. Clicking the button to continue to WhatsApp passes the entered details to WhatsApp; you send the message there yourself. The form does not confirm a booking. We do not offer a newsletter.

The hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request time, page URL and browser details to deliver, diagnose and secure the website. Correspondence details are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Ride enquiries, booking arrangements and providing rides rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b): steps requested before entering into a contract and performing the contract. Other correspondence, website security and establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims rely on Article 6(1)(f): legitimate interests in handling communication, protecting services and protecting the controller’s rights. Tax and accounting obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).

Optional Google Analytics relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a). It is not required to browse the website or book a taxi.

We use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-M65576BZBQ, to analyse visits statistically and improve the website. After consent, Google may receive cookie identifiers, page and event information, browser and device details, referral information and approximate location. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses or booking messages.

Our Basic Consent Mode integration blocks the GA4 tag until consent. Without consent, or after refusal, our integration does not load it. This website configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalisation signals; analytics consent does not include advertising.

You can change your choice through Privacy settings near the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes GA4 cookies accessible to the website; if the tag has already run, the page may reload. Withdrawal is not retroactive and does not automatically delete data already sent to Google. Contact the controller to exercise rights concerning that data.

We store your choice in localStorage under taxi-bart:analytics-consent for up to 180 days. The record contains the choice version, acceptance or refusal of analytics, and decision time. It remembers preferences rather than tracking you. If storage is blocked, the choice applies only to the current website session.

After consent, GA4 may set _ga and _ga_M65576BZBQ cookies. Our integration sets their lifetime to no more than 180 days and disables expiry renewal on each visit. You can clear stored information through your browser settings. Cookie and preference lifetimes are different from data retention on Google’s servers.

Correspondence and ride details are retained as long as needed to handle the matter and provide the service; longer only where legal obligations or establishing, pursuing or defending claims require it, until the relevant limitation periods expire. Tax and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law. Technical information follows the hosting infrastructure’s retention cycles and is used as needed to operate and secure the website.

Confirmed GA4 settings: other event data — 2 months; user data — 14 months. Under Google’s rules, the user-data retention period also applies to key event data. Reset on new activity is enabled and applies to user-level data, so the retention period may restart after another event. Deletion follows Google’s processing cycle. These settings do not determine when standard aggregated reports are deleted.

We use Vercel hosting and Google services for Google Analytics and Gmail. Depending on your contact channel, telecom operators or the WhatsApp provider also process data. When you follow links to Google Maps, Facebook or WhatsApp, the relevant provider’s policies also apply. These links are not embedded platform widgets.

Necessary data may be disclosed to infrastructure and communication providers, parties handling payment or billing for the requested service, and authorities entitled to receive it by law.

Google, Vercel and messaging services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Depending on the recipient and service, transfers may rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or, where it does not apply, Standard Contractual Clauses and required safeguards. Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
