Your ride is booked only after the driver explicitly confirms the date and time, route and direction, pickup point, passenger count and luggage, and the final fare or agreed billing method. Sending an enquiry does not book a ride.

Request a change through the channel you have been using; if pickup is less than 24 hours away, please also call. A change takes effect after the driver confirms it. If the new time is unavailable, you will be told clearly. Changes to the route, airport, number of rides or other details may require a new quote; you must accept the new terms before the ride. Requesting a change does not cancel the original ride — we must explicitly agree its status.

You can cancel by contacting the driver. Please let me know as soon as possible; if pickup is less than 24 hours away, please also call. Ask for acknowledgement of your cancellation; a lack of reply does not in itself invalidate your notice. The 24-hour threshold concerns how to contact me, not a charge. We are not introducing a cancellation fee, percentage penalty or mandatory deposit.

Provide your flight number. I monitor its status and we update the agreed pickup time after a delay. The first 45 minutes from the updated agreed time are free; further waiting costs PLN 59/hour, charged by the minute without rounding up to a full hour. Car availability is not guaranteed regardless of the length of a delay. If a delay conflicts with another ride, I will contact you to agree what happens next.

Terminal access and the first parking hour are paid by the driver. The passenger pays subsequent parking hours; parking is separate from waiting charges. For a brief pickup we confirm the meeting point before driving up.

A diversion to another airport requires a new agreement on availability, route and fare. Pickup at the new airport is not automatic.

Up to 4 passengers. I do not provide a child seat. Tell me if a child is travelling and agree on bringing your own seat before confirming the ride.
